Juvederm Ultra 4 (2x1 ml)

Dosage is individualized based on the depth of the wrinkles. Typically, 1 ml to 2 ml is used for deep nasolabial folds. For subtle lip hydration, a lighter product like Juvederm Ultra 2 may be preferred, but Ultra 4 is necessary for structural remodeling. Always assess if 0.5 ml of lip filler is enough for your patient's goals before utilizing the full 2 ml pack.

Patients should avoid alcohol for 24h before and 48h after the procedure. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can increase post-filler swelling and worsen bruising at the deep injection sites.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to wait until the breastfeeding period has concluded before undergoing elective aesthetic procedures.

The formulation contains 24 mg/ml of highly cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin and 0.3% Lidocaine hydrochloride for a comfortable treatment experience.

Expect transient swelling, localized pressure, and potential purple bruising. Because Hylacross gels bind more water, initial swelling may be more pronounced than with Juvederm Volift. Ultra 4 uses cross-linked HA to act as a mechanical scaffold within the deep dermis. Unlike superficial skin boosters, it focuses on volume restoration. For patients requiring even more rigidity for the chin, a denser volumizer like Teosyal Ultra Deep or DQ FILL Premium Dark may be considered.

This treatment is strictly contraindicated. There is no clinical safety data for high-density HA during pregnancy. We adhere to high patient safety standards and defer treatment until after childbirth.
