Volift acts as a mechanical scaffold that integrates into the deep dermis or mucosal tissue. The Vycross technology allows the gel to move naturally with facial expressions. Unlike superficial skin boosters, Volift provides the lifting power needed to correct deep folds for up to 15 months.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to wait until the breastfeeding period has completely concluded to ensure maximum safety for both mother and infant.

The formulation contains 17.5 mg/ml of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin and 0.3% Lidocaine hydrochloride for procedural comfort.

Dosage is individualized based on the depth of the cutaneous depression. A typical session for deep nasolabial folds or lip augmentation involves 1 ml. For smaller refinements, practitioners may prefer the Juvederm Volift Retouch (0.55 ml). Always evaluate if 0.5 ml of lip filler is enough for initial hydration before utilizing a full 1 ml syringe.

Common side effects include localized swelling, tenderness, and potential purple bruising. Avoid alcohol for 24h before and 48h after the procedure. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can increase post-filler swelling and worsen bruising at the injection sites.

This treatment is strictly contraindicated. No clinical safety data exists for Vycross HA injectables during pregnancy. We defer elective aesthetic procedures until after childbirth to ensure the highest safety standards.
