Elective treatment is not recommended for nursing mothers. While HA is a naturally occurring substance, the long-term systemic impact of high-density cross-linked gels during lactation has not been established. It is best to wait until the breastfeeding period is concluded.

Dosage is determined by the clinician based on the patient's anatomical deficit. Because the product is packaged as 2 x 1.2 ml, it offers a total of 2.4 ml per box, which is ideal for bilateral cheek or temple augmentation. Precise placement is mandatory to prevent the visibility of the high-density gel; it should be injected deeply into the fatty tissues or on the bone.

Due to its high viscosity, patients may experience significant temporary swelling, localized pressure, or firm tenderness at the injection site. Bruising is common when injecting deeply.
