Saypha Filler (1x1 ml)

The S.M.A.R.T. technology allows the cross-linked HA to act as a mechanical scaffold that binds water within the dermis. Unlike superficial skin boosters, Saypha Filler provides the structural G-prime needed for mid-to-deep dermal support while remaining soft enough for dynamic lip movement.

This treatment is strictly contraindicated. No clinical safety data exists for HA injectables during pregnancy. We defer all elective aesthetic treatments until after childbirth to ensure the highest safety standards.

The formulation contains 23 mg/ml of highly cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin. This standard version does not contain Lidocaine.

Saypha Filler dosage information

Dosage is individualized based on the depth of the wrinkles or the desired lip volume. Typically, 1 ml is sufficient for a standard lip correction or bilateral nasolabial fold smoothing. Practitioners should evaluate if 0.5 ml of filler is enough for initial hydration before utilizing the full 1 ml syringe for structural correction.

Common side effects include localized swelling, redness, and potential purple bruising at the injection site. These are standard and usually resolve within 7 days. To ensure a quick recovery, patients must follow our expert aftercare guide. Any persistent blanching requires immediate evaluation per our vascular occlusion protocol.

Patients should avoid alcohol for 24h before and 48h after the procedure. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can increase post-filler swelling and worsen bruising at the entry points.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to postpone elective procedures until the breastfeeding period has completely concluded.
