This treatment is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy. There is no clinical safety data regarding the use of injectable HA and lidocaine during fetal development. We recommend postponing elective treatments until after childbirth.

The use of Saypha Filler is not recommended while breastfeeding. It is advised to wait until the lactation period has concluded to ensure the highest safety for both mother and infant.

The formulation contains 23 mg/ml of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin, supplemented with 0.3% Lidocaine hydrochloride to ensure a comfortable injection experience.

The dosage is determined by the healthcare provider based on the depth of the wrinkles or the desired lip volume. A standard 1 ml syringe is typically sufficient for a full lip enhancement or the correction of bilateral nasolabial folds. Before administration, clinicians should consider if 0.5 ml of lip filler is enough for the patient's specific aesthetic goals.

Temporary side effects may include localized swelling, redness, and potential purple bruising. Due to the purity of the S.M.A.R.T. technology, inflammatory responses are usually well-managed.
