Juvederm Ultra Smile (2x0,55 ml)

Dosage is individualized based on the patient's existing anatomy. The 0.55 ml syringe size is ideal for patients wondering if 0.5 ml of lip filler is enough for a subtle refresh. For significant volume, both 0.55 ml syringes in the pack may be used during a single session.

Ultra Smile uses a cross-linked HA matrix that binds to water within the lip mucosa to provide immediate mechanical volume. Unlike skin boosters, which prioritize hydration, Ultra Smile provides the cohesivity needed for border definition and shape retention in the dynamic oral area.

This treatment is strictly contraindicated. There is no clinical safety data for HA injectables during pregnancy. We prioritize safety standards and defer treatment until after childbirth.

The formulation contains 24 mg/ml of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin and 0.3% Lidocaine hydrochloride for procedural comfort.

Common reactions include localized swelling, tenderness, and potential purple bruising. Because the lips are highly vascular, initial swelling can be pronounced for 24–48 hours. Avoid alcohol for 24h before and 48h after the procedure. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can increase post-filler swelling and increase the risk of hematomas in the sensitive lip tissue.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to postpone elective aesthetic procedures until the breastfeeding period has completely concluded.
