Ellanse M (2x1 ml)

Ellanse M provides immediate volume via the CMC gel carrier. Over time, the PCL microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce new Type I collagen. Unlike skin boosters, which provide hydration, Ellanse M creates a permanent tissue scaffold that remains long after the carrier gel has been resorbed.

This treatment is strictly contraindicated. There is no clinical data regarding the safety of Polycaprolactone microspheres during gestation. We adhere to the highest patient safety standards and defer treatment until after childbirth.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to wait until the breastfeeding period has completely concluded before undergoing elective biostimulation procedures to avoid any potential systemic risks.

Dosage is determined by the clinician based on the degree of volume loss. Most full-face rejuvenation treatments require 1 to 2 ml per session. Because Ellanse M triggers collagen synthesis, the final result may continue to evolve over 3 months. Practitioners should evaluate if subtle structural support is achieved before adding more product in a follow-up session.

Common side effects include localized swelling, redness, and purple bruising. Because this is a biostimulator, the inflammatory response may be more pronounced than with HA fillers. Alcohol consumption should be strictly avoided for 48 hours after injection. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can exacerbate post-treatment swelling and increase the risk of hematomas during the initial inflammatory phase of collagen stimulation.

The formulation contains Polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres (30%) and a Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) gel carrier (70%), providing a 24-month duration of results.
