The formulation contains 33% Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), and 5% Kojic Acid.

A full treatment course typically consists of 3 to 5 sessions, spaced one week apart. One 4 ml vial is usually sufficient to treat the face, neck, and décolleté in a single session. Practitioners should evaluate if targeted micro-application is required for specific scar tissue or areas of deep pigmentation before applying the product globally for skin tightening.

Common reactions include temporary redness and a mild "tingling" sensation during application. Unlike the purple bruising associated with injections, PRX-T33 effects are purely topical. In some cases, very mild dryness or flaking may occur 2–3 days post-treatment. Patients should strictly follow a specialized expert aftercare guide (adapted for chemical peels) that includes high-SPF protection and intense hydration.

The solution works through chemical biorevitalization. The TCA stimulates the dermis and promotes fibroblast activity, while the Hydrogen Peroxide neutralizes the corrosive effect of the acid on the epidermis, preventing peeling. The Kojic Acid provides an additional brightening effect by inhibiting melanin synthesis. This results in a lifting and smoothing effect that complements the vertical lift seen in the Russian lips filler technique or cheek contouring.
