Teosyal Ultimate Puresense with Lido (2x1 ml)

Teosyal Ultimate utilizes a dense, highly cohesive HA matrix that acts as a structural prosthetic. Once injected, it provides an immediate mechanical "lift" by increasing the volume of deep fat compartments or projecting the chin and jawline. Unlike superficial skin boosters, this product is specifically calibrated for long-term tissue support and resistance to enzymatic degradation.

Injection is not recommended for nursing mothers. It is advised to wait until the breastfeeding period has ended to avoid any potential systemic absorption risks during elective aesthetic treatments.

The formulation contains 22 mg/ml of highly cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin, supplemented with 0.3% Lidocaine hydrochloride for a comfortable treatment experience.

The required volume is highly individualized and based on the degree of facial hollows or the desired level of projection. Because Teosyal Ultimate is often supplied in a large 3 ml syringe (or 2 x 1 ml), it allows for comprehensive, full-face volumization in a single session. Injection should be performed pre-periosteally or in the deep fat pads to ensure the product remains undetectable to the touch.

Due to the depth of injection and high density of the gel, patients may experience moderate temporary swelling, a feeling of "heaviness," and localized bruising. Patients are strictly advised to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and 48 hours after treatment. Alcohol is a vasodilator that can exacerbate post-filler swelling and increase the risk of hematomas, which is particularly critical when administering the large volumes typical of Teosyal Ultimate.

Treatment is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy. There is currently no clinical safety data evaluating the impact of high-density cross-linked HA and lidocaine on fetal development. Practitioners should prioritize patient safety and postpone volumizing procedures until after childbirth.
