This treatment is strictly contraindicated. No clinical safety data exists for non-crosslinked HA injectables during pregnancy. We defer elective aesthetic procedures until after the nursing period has concluded to ensure maximum safety standards.

The standard initialization protocol consists of 3 sessions, spaced 3 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 3 to 6 months. Typically, 1 to 2 vials are used per session depending on the treatment area. Common reactions include temporary redness, mild swelling, and occasional purple bruising at the injection site. These effects are generally mild and resolve within 24–48 hours. Papules formed during the injection process may remain visible for up to 2 days as the HA integrates into the dermis.
