Common reactions include localized swelling, redness, and mild tenderness at the injection site. These are standard inflammatory responses to needle trauma and usually resolve within 2–5 days. The product functions as a biocompatible hydro-matrix. The cross-linked hyaluronic acid binds and retains moisture within the mucosal layers, while Mannitol neutralizes free radicals generated by needle trauma, preventing immediate inflammation and extending the gel's longevity.

Patients should strictly avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and 48 hours after treatment. Alcohol acts as a vasodilator, which increases blood flow to the treatment area, significantly worsening swelling and the risk of hematomas in this delicate region.

Treatment is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Due to a lack of clinical safety data regarding the effects of injectable HA on fetal development, it is recommended to postpone intimate rejuvenation until breastfeeding has fully ceased.

The use of Desirial is not advised during lactation. There is currently no definitive medical data on whether the components of the gel can affect breast milk quality or the nursing infant. It is recommended to wait until the breastfeeding period has concluded.

The formulation contains 19 mg/ml of high-purity, cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin, stabilized with the antioxidant Mannitol to ensure tissue biocompatibility and product stability.
